I have been lucky enough to train alongside Shelly and have therefore received a variety of treatments both in person and via distant healing. I have always enjoyed the treatments and have found them very relaxing; Shelly is very thorough and takes time to explain the process in detail and ensure you fully understand the benefits both before, during and after the treatment. She has always been able to pinpoint problem areas and advise on ways to help deal with them. My first reiki session ever was with Shelly. She clearly explained the process and how I could benefit from the sessions.
