A deep relaxation technique that is a safe and natural way of assisting healing alongside conventional care.

During Reiki treatments you will remain fully clothed and either lay down or sit with your eyes closed. I will lay my hands on or near your body (such as head, neck, torso, knees, or feet).
You will find this to be a deeply relaxing and calming experience.

The Emotion Code
The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique designed to help users identify and release Trapped Emotions - which we believe are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped Emotions may cause low mood and anxiety, and may also block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. Our premise is that Trapped Emotions are made of energy just like the rest of the body, and that they exert an influence on the physical tissues. We believe this can cause acute discomfort and potential disease. Releasing Trapped Emotions can create the proper conditions for the body to heal - so physical and emotional difficulties may disappear or become much more manageable.

I will contact you via video call and connect with your energy, I will then send Reiki with all the benefits of being face to face. Reiki energy knows no distance.

During an lndian Head Massage you will sit, fully clothed in a chair and I will use massage and pressure point techniques to release stress and tension. I do not use oils in the hair.
